Each session is guided by what your body and mind are holding, allowing the work to flow naturally.
You may notice shifts in how you feel, think, or where your body has been holding tension, or simply a sense of calm.
At times, insights or a clearer understanding may arise.
A Clear, Intuitive Approach to Healing
My connection to the Angelic realm began in childhood, rooted in a deep sense that we are supported.
I found Reiki through my own healing from trauma and illness, and felt called to share this work with others.
Alongside my Reiki practice, I serve as Intake Director for a trauma-informed therapy center, bringing a grounded and compassionate presence to every session.
I also create original art and intentional gifts through Jenlynn Studios, shaped by that same care and attention.
This level of care is present in every session.

What Your Session May Include
Each session is guided by what you’re holding, rather than following a set process.
You may notice shifts in how things feel or are held, sometimes continuing to unfold after the session.
Your unique session may include:
• Sound healing
• Crystal work
• Vibrational essences
Each session meets you where you are, supporting balance, clarity, and emotional release.
You don’t need to believe in anything for the session to be supportive, just a willingness to rest and receive.
Distance Reiki Sessions
Sessions are fully remote, allowing for a quiet, uninterrupted experience.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with simple guidance. However you arrive is perfect. You are safe, supported, and cared for.
You’ll receive a text before your session begins and again at the close.
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed email with insights from your session.
